Barry White Orchestra

Barry White & Orchestra - Love's Theme

Set in a different key & tempo to the single, but still sounds great. Recorded at the Birmingham NIA in the UK. This wonderful musician/song writer/arranger/singer will be sadly missed, but we still have his music.

Barry White was born Barrence Eugene Carter, Galvaston, Texas, September 12, 1944 and died July 4, 2003. He was an American multiple Grammy Award-winner known for his rich bass voice and romantic image, White's greatest success came in the 1970s with the the Love Unlimited Orchestra, crafting many enduring hit soul, funk, and disco songs. Worldwide, White had many gold and platinum albums and singles, with combined sales of over 100 million. He grew up in Los Angeles and was part of a high school group the Upfronts. He began his career as producer/road manager for Bob & Earl where he met Gene Page who arranged Bob & Earl's Harlem Shuffle. Together they worked for many years to come. For Bronco Records he produced Viola Wills & Felice Taylor before forming Love Unlimited. I'll link an interview shortly.
